By creating an account, downloading the application, or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
DiamondDraft provides youth baseball league management tools, including:
- Player evaluation and rating systems
- Draft management and live draft board functionality
- Team roster management
- Scheduling tools (where available)
- Umpire coordination features (where available)
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by adults (18 years or older) who are involved in youth baseball league administration. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain your credentials securely, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and NOT to:
- Use the Service for any purpose other than youth baseball league management
- Enter false or fraudulent information
- Access accounts or data belonging to others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Fees and Payment
DiamondDraft offers both free and paid features:
- Free Features: Player evaluations and draft management are provided free of charge
- Pro Features: Advanced features require a paid subscription at $500 per season per organization
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and trademarks, is owned by DiamondDraft and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIAMONDDRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in King County, Washington.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
