An athlete counts as evaluated once they receive at least one score from any evaluator at any station. Athletes who register but don't show up or receive any scores are not billed.
No. You only pay for athletes who actually receive at least one evaluation score. No-shows and athletes who never get scored aren't counted toward your bill.
Yes. You can run as many evaluation sessions as you need. Athletes are only counted once, regardless of how many days or sessions they're evaluated across.
